1. Ownership & Attribution

30-Min Pivot Party (the “Project”) — including this website, its trading strategy, its name and branding, its source code, and all associated materials — was created by and is jointly owned by Patrick Kehoe and Carson Artac (together, the “Owners”), as individuals and in equal part, unless and until superseded by a separate written agreement between them.

The Owners are the sole creators and founders of the Project. Any distribution, publication, or sharing of the Project or its materials does not transfer ownership or confer any rights of authorship to any other party.

2. Intellectual Property

The “30-Min Pivot Party” name, wordmark, visual design, the underlying 30-minute pivot strategy and its rules, and all software comprising the Project are the proprietary intellectual property of the Owners. © 2026 Patrick Kehoe & Carson Artac. All rights reserved.

No license is granted to reproduce, redistribute, modify, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Project without the prior written permission of both Owners. Receiving or viewing this material — including via a forwarded link — grants no ownership, license, or commercial rights.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Project is a personal research and educational tool. Nothing it produces — including alerts, signals, watchlists, entry/stop/target levels, or any other output — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
